How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page to check the status anytime.
How do I personalize my jewelry?
Just select your options (chain length, metal color, ring size, etc.), then enter the name or word you want engraved in the personalization field on the product page before adding to cart.
What metals are available?
Our jewelry comes in Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold. All options are nickel-free and skin-friendly.
What chain lengths do you offer?
We offer 40cm, 45cm, and 50cm chain lengths to suit any style.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for personalization errors made by the customer. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please email us at hello@giftedglows.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right immediately.
