At GiftedGlow, every piece of jewelry is made to order and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a specific policy in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team.

All Sales Are Final on Personalized Items

Since our products are custom-made with your chosen names, initials, or engravings, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)
  • Missing from your package

Please contact us at hello@giftedglows.com within 14 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and/or packaging

We will either resend the item at no charge or offer store credit — whichever you prefer. We do not require you to ship the item back.

Shipping Delays

Our products are shipped internationally and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. We do not issue refunds for orders that are delayed in transit, held at customs, or affected by factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
